Windows 10 Certification vFire Core 9.2.3 is certified for Windows 10, as described on Changes to Supported Platforms in vFire Core 9.2.3
Bulk Close Calls Bulk close functionality has been extended to calls. See Bulk Close Calls to find out more.
Incoming Email Improvements Data inserted into call, request, and task history from incoming emails:
  • is now truncated to avoid duplication of data
  • retains HTML formatting from the email

Additional Statuses for CMDB Links and New CMDB Reports Added new CMDB Link Statuses to improve visibility of the relationship between Config Items discovered through integration sources and/or authorized through workflow. New CMDB Reports have been created that utilize these new statuses.

Workflow Security Role Improvements Workflow Security Role options have been modified to improve permission granularity for request managers and approvers.
